i loved the lip balm and it last so long and my lips stay very moist and hydrated i really recommend if you want a new lip balm
They are nourishing, and all the lip balms smell and feel amazing on my lips. I never loved any lip balm as much as I do these, I'm addicted.
Very disappointed. This was an xms gift for my granddaughter. Ordered almost 2 months ago. I have not received it yet and we sre December 20, 2024. You had no issue taking the money though.
This product has not been received. Have been sent a tracking link that doesn’t move. Was a Christmas present that won’t be under the tree. Ordered weeks ago. Very disappointed.
for lip balms that are over $60 in total, i totally expected much better customer service than what I received. I initially ordered the original pack of 3. After around 2 weeks of no update on my order, I decided to reach out to figure out what was going on. I was then told that they were sold out of the product I had already ordered and were waiting for it to come back in stock. They asked if I wanted to replace it with another pack and I of course said yes. There was no more conversation and my order took another 2 weeks to arrive. and honestly these are not as “jumbo” as they claim to be. you can get actual jumbo lip balms for WAY cheaper. No clue how the products are, and honestly if it were for me the horrendous customer service would have made me cancel my order and get a refund. How I was only told about my order being put on hold because the items I had already paid for were out of stock when I sent an email?? 100% need more professionalism for prices this high for LIP BALM.

You guys I bought the original pack when it first came out and got the pack on February 5th. I still haven’t finished it… I apply the lip balm AT LEAST once a day and I think this last one a gonna last until a year. Also the shine it gives? Ou girl I know sometimes the price seems a little much but if you don’t loose them I say it’s very much worth your money. Literally the best lip balms I’ve ever had.
This delivery was so amazing and it was so quick and the tracking was perfect. The flavors ARE AMAZING, birthday cake smelt like a warm cake out of the oven, strawberry frosting is so good, and best for last is salted caramel, its absolutely my favorite. This was such a perfect package, it came perfectly intact, had amazing flavors, and it had a quick shipping!! 5 stars.
