Your Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") form an agreement between Space Camp Wellness LLC ("Space Camp," "we," "our," "us") and you ("user," "you," "your"), and govern your access to and use of spacecampwellness.com, our products, our SMS and email programs, our reviews program, our affiliate program, our promotions, and any other services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By using the Services or purchasing our products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

- These Terms contain a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver that affect how disputes are resolved (Section 16). You may opt out within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

1. Eligibility
The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. By using the Services or purchasing products, you represent that you are at least 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, or that you are using the Services under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Account Registration
To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Keep your password confidential
- Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account at
- Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.
3. Products and Product Information
Our products are cosmetics intended for external use only. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
We work to display product colors, finishes, and packaging accurately, but actual appearance may vary by screen, lighting, and batch. Ingredient lists are provided on each product page and on packaging. If you have a known allergy or sensitivity, review the full ingredient list before purchase and stop use and consult a physician if irritation occurs.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues. A binding contract is formed only when we ship the product and charge your payment method.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and exclude shipping and applicable taxes, which are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is placed. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title pass to you when the order is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
International orders. We ship internationally. International customers are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, GST, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges at checkout and are typically collected by the carrier on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for packages refused or abandoned because the recipient declined to pay applicable duties or taxes. Restricted ingredients or quantity limits in some countries may also affect what can be imported; please check your local regulations before ordering.
If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact and we will work with you on a resolution.
6. Returns and Refunds
For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics products are not eligible for return. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
For international orders, return shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes already paid are non-refundable except where the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Customers in the EU and UK with statutory cancellation rights under consumer-protection law (for example, the EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day withdrawal right) retain those rights; please contact us to initiate a withdrawal. Unopened products returned under statutory cancellation rights must be returned in their original condition at the customer's expense within the timeframe required by law.
If you purchased our products through a third-party retailer (such as Amazon, Target, or TikTok Shop), please follow that retailer's return policy.
7. Promotions, Sweepstakes, and Contests
Promotions, sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways may be subject to separate official rules that govern eligibility, entry, prizes, odds, and other requirements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a promotion's official rules, the official rules control. Promotions may be co-branded with partners (for example, our promotion with Olipop) and may be administered by third-party platforms (for example, Aisle). Those platforms have their own terms and privacy policies.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win any sweepstakes governed by official rules unless those rules specifically state otherwise.
8. Reviews and User-Generated Content
You may submit reviews, photos, videos, ratings, and other content ("User Content") through our Site or in response to our review-request emails and texts. By submitting User Content, you:
- Represent that you own or have the rights to the content and that it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe on anyone's rights
- Grant Space Camp a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify (for length and clarity), display, perform, and distribute the content in any media for any purpose, including marketing and advertising
- Agree that we may identify you by your first name, last initial, and city
- Acknowledge that we may moderate, edit, decline to publish, or remove content for any reason, including for length, clarity, accuracy, civility, or compliance with applicable law
Reviews must reflect your honest opinion based on a genuine experience with the product. Reviews submitted in exchange for compensation (including free product) must clearly disclose that fact, as required by the FTC.
9. Subscriptions and Recurring Orders
If you sign up for a subscription:
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription will automatically renew at the frequency you select (for example, every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method on each renewal date.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time, with no penalty, through your account dashboard at spacecampwellness.com/account, by replying to a subscription email, or by emailing . Cancellation takes effect before the next scheduled shipment, provided you cancel at least 24 hours before that shipment is processed.
- Pricing changes. We will give you advance notice of any price change to your subscription. Continued use of the subscription after the effective date is your acceptance of the new price.
- Renewal reminders. Where required by law, we will send you a renewal reminder before each charge.
10. SMS Program Terms
By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Space Camp Wellness at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
The SMS program is operated through our SMS partner, Attentive. Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
11. Affiliate and Referral Program
If you participate in our affiliate or referral program, separate Affiliate Program Terms apply and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. As an affiliate, you agree to:
- Comply with the FTC's Endorsement Guides, including clearly and conspicuously disclosing your material connection to Space Camp in all promotional content
- Use only marketing assets we provide or otherwise approve
- Not engage in spam, paid search bidding on our trademarks, coupon-code stuffing, or other prohibited tactics described in the Affiliate Program Terms
- Allow us to track your referrals through cookies, links, and discount codes for attribution and commission
We may terminate your participation in the affiliate program for any reason, including violations of these Terms or the Affiliate Program Terms.
12. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, images, photography, illustrations, video, copy, design, and software (collectively, "Space Camp Content"), are owned by Space Camp or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not, without our prior written permission:
- Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of Space Camp Content
- Use Space Camp trademarks, logos, or product names in advertising, social handles, domain names, or merchandise
- Scrape, frame, mirror, or otherwise extract content from the Site
- Use any meta tags or hidden text containing our trademarks
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
13. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to access or interact with the Site
- Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site's security or operation
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Site
- Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm any person
- Resell our products on third-party marketplaces or platforms without our written authorization
14. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPACE CAMP WELLNESS AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS, THE SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM US WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100) OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN DAMAGES. IN THOSE JURISDICTIONS, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including any statutory consumer rights under EU or UK law that apply to consumers in those jurisdictions.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Space Camp Wellness and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any third-party right, or (d) any User Content you submit.
16. Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
You and Space Camp Wellness agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Services, or any product purchased from us (a "Dispute") will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, except as set forth below.
Arbitration administrator and rules. Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, available at . If AAA is unavailable, the parties will agree on an alternative administrator, or a court may select one.
Location and format. The arbitration will be held in Los Angeles County, California, or conducted by telephone or video at the consumer's election.
Claims period. Any Dispute must be filed within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or it is permanently barred.
Fees. Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees and costs, except as otherwise required by the AAA rules or applicable law.
Class action waiver. YOU AND SPACE CAMP WELLNESS AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of representative or class proceeding.
Exceptions. The following are not subject to arbitration: (a) claims that qualify for small-claims court in the county where you reside; (b) claims for injunctive or equitable relief to stop unauthorized use or abuse of the Services or intellectual property infringement; and (c) any claim that cannot be arbitrated as a matter of law.
30-day opt-out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to with the subject line "Arbitration Opt-Out" within 30 days of the date you first accepted these Terms. Your notice must include your full name, mailing address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. Opting out has no other effect on these Terms.
International customers. If applicable law in your country of residence prohibits binding arbitration of consumer disputes, this Section 16 does not apply to you and disputes will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in your country.
Severability. If any portion of this Section 16 is found unenforceable, the remainder will remain in effect, except that if the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement is null and void as to that claim.
17. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Except for Disputes subject to arbitration under Section 16, you and Space Camp consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. Nothing in this section deprives consumers of the protection of mandatory laws in their country of residence.
18. DMCA / Copyright Notices
If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to that includes: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Site; (d) your contact information; (e) a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (f) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
19. Third-Party Links and Services
The Services may contain links to, or integrations with, third-party websites and services (such as Shopify, Shop Pay, marketplaces, social platforms, and ad partners). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third party. Your use of those services is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
20. Modifications to the Services and Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on this page with a new "Last Updated" date and, where required, notify you. Your continued use of the Services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
21. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, labor disputes, supply-chain disruptions, government actions, or failures of third-party services.
22. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision.
23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the SMS Terms, the Affiliate Program Terms, and any official rules for promotions in which you participate constitute the entire agreement between you and Space Camp Wellness and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements relating to the Services.
