It applies to spacecampwellness.com, any related subdomains, our SMS and email programs, our customer reviews program, our affiliate program, and our presence on third-party marketplaces and platforms (collectively, the "Services").

2. Personal Information We Collect

We do not knowingly collect "sensitive personal information" as defined under CPRA or "special categories" of data as defined under GDPR, and we do not collect biometric data, precise geolocation, or government identifiers.
3. How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information:
- Directly from you when you place an order, create an account, sign up for SMS or email, submit a review, enter a promotion, apply to our affiliate program, or contact us.
- Automatically through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies when you visit our Site or interact with our emails (see Section 8).

(b) Advertising Partners. Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Pinterest, Google (including YouTube and GA4), connected-TV ad platforms, and similar partners. These partners use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to deliver and measure advertising. Under the CPRA, our use of these cookies and pixels for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered "sharing." You can opt out as described in Section 10.
(c) Marketplaces and Retailers. When you buy on Amazon, Target, TikTok Shop, or another retailer, those companies share order data with us to fulfill the purchase. They also have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your information.
(d) Sweepstakes and Promotion Partners. When we run promotions with co-marketing partners (for example, our promotion with Olipop), we may share entrant information with those partners and the sweepstakes administrator (such as Aisle). Specific data practices are governed by the official rules for each promotion.
(e) Affiliates and Influencers. Aggregated and individual referral data is shared with the affiliate or influencer who referred you, including the fact that a referral converted and the order value, for attribution and commission purposes.
(f) Legal and Safety. Law enforcement, regulators, and other parties when we are required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, and safety, or the rights, property, and safety of others.
(g) Business Transfers. A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business or assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Under California law, our use of cookies and similar technology for cross-context behavioral advertising is considered "sharing." You can opt out as described in Section 10.
6. SMS Marketing
If you opt in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Space Camp Wellness at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. By opting in, you also agree to the SMS Terms and this Privacy Policy. Our SMS program is operated through Attentive.
7. Email Marketing
If you opt in to our email program, you will receive marketing emails about products, promotions, restocks, and content. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by emailing . Transactional emails (order and shipping confirmations) are sent regardless of marketing preferences. Our email program is operated through Attentive.
8. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our partners use cookies, pixels, SDKs, server-side conversion APIs, and similar technologies to:
- Keep you logged in and remember your preferences (strictly necessary and functional cookies)

We will verify your identity (typically by confirming details associated with your account or recent orders) before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within 45 days (for CCPA/CPRA requests) or within one month (for GDPR/UK GDPR requests), with extensions where permitted. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with written authorization.
Global Privacy Control
We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
11. Children's Privacy
The Services are intended for users 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where the GDPR applies).
