Spacecamp not arriving after 2 weeks time.

I ordered my spacecamp lip balm 2 weeks ago and my order was sent on May 23rd. I ordered it from Germany, so I expected the long wait time, but I keep getting emails asking me to review the product which makes me worried that my product might not be arriving.
I would hope to get some clarity on this situation.
