SPACE CAMP WELLNESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your Acceptance

Welcome to the Terms and Conditions for Space Camp Wellness. This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Space Camp Wellness (“Space Camp Wellness,” “us,” “we,” “our”) and you (“user,” “you,” “your”), governing your access to and use of www.spacecampwellness.com and any related services or products (collectively, the “Site”).

By clicking “I agree” or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms, along with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. User Information and Registration

To access certain features, you may need to register or submit information. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account and password.
• Notify Space Camp Wellness immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Space Camp Wellness reserves the right to verify credentials, reject users, and terminate accounts at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, trademarks, and software (“Space Camp Wellness Content”), are owned by Space Camp Wellness or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Prohibited Actions:

• Reproducing, distributing, or creating derivative works from Space Camp Wellness Content without permission.
• Using Space Camp Wellness Content for purposes not expressly permitted under this Agreement.

3. Privacy

Your use of the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy, which details our data collection, usage, and sharing practices. By using the Site, you consent to these practices.

4. Site Availability and Modification

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Site but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Space Camp Wellness may modify, suspend, or remove the Site at any time for legal, security, or operational reasons.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites. Space Camp Wellness is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or security of these websites. Use third-party sites at your own risk.

6. User Conduct

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Engage in activities that disrupt or harm the Site or its users.
• Use automated tools like robots or scrapers to extract data.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. User Content

Any content submitted by users (“User Content”) remains the property of the user. By submitting User Content, you grant Space Camp Wellness a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute it for operational purposes.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your User Content complies with applicable laws and this Agreement.

8. Purchases and Subscriptions

Order Processing:

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. A contract is created only after payment is processed and you receive an order confirmation.

Recurring Subscriptions:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled via your account dashboard or by contacting us.
• By subscribing, you authorize Space Camp Wellness to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Refunds and Returns:

Refunds are generally not available except for damaged products. Contact hello@spacecampwellness.com or go to spacecampwellness.com/pages/contact to initiate a return.

9. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

By using the Site, you agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA). You waive the right to participate in class actions. Arbitration details include:

• Claims must be brought within one year of the event.
• Arbitration will be held in Los Angeles, CA.
• Each party bears its own legal fees.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration by notifying us within 30 days of accepting this Agreement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Space Camp Wellness is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products.
• Our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the total amount you have spent on the Site.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the Site, and continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the changes.
